Shipping policy
Your order will be shipped from Colorado Springs, CO.
Our goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days. We only ship on non-holiday business days (Monday - Friday).
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and an additional 2-6 days for delivery.
- Aeroboard ships most packages via USPS and UPS, but may change these at any time
- Aeroboard cannot ship to Postal Boxes (APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes).
Additional Information
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
- We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
- If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
- Aeroboard cannot ship to Postal Boxes (APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes).
- We do not offer international shipping (except Canada, U.K and Australia) and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
We offer flat rate shipping for United States orders and Canadian, U.K. & Australian orders are calculated at checkout. Non-US customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. The following table shows our current rates:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you should be given a tracking number. We encourage you to use that package tracking capabilities of our carriers. However, if your package has not arrived in a timely manner, please email us at customerservice@aeroboard.io along with your order number and any relevant information.
Listen, stuff happens and this shipping policy is not a guarantee. We want you to get your products as quickly as possible, but in the event that we cannot get your products shipped on schedule, we will email you letting you know of the delay.
